DEVILED EGGS

This cherished family tradition is a cornerstone of our holiday dinners. Deviled eggs hold a special place on our appetizer menu, with a recipe passed down through generations.

Ingredients

12 Boiled Eggs

1/2 C Mayonnaise

1 T Yellow Mustard

1 T Sweet Pickle Relish

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1 tsp Garlic Powder

Paprika - Sprinkle for Garnish

Green Olives - Slice in half for Garnish

Start in cold water and bring eggs to a boil. Cover and remove from heat and let stand for 12 minutes. Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water for 3 minutes, then peel

Cut eggs in half. Transfer the yolks to a bowl and set the whites aside.

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt, pepper, garlic powder with the yolks until a very smooth texture. Transfer into a piping bag. (Use a zip lock and cut the corner tip off)

Pipe the mixture into the egg whites, garnish each with a sliced olive and sprinkle lightly with paprika.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
