Concert at the Venetian

Jackson Browne at the Venetian!

What a night of wonderful enjoyment of my memories of the early '70's. In my youth, his album was my very first 8 Track Tape. I would spend hours of listening to this album over and over again.

Watching this concert brought tears to my eyes a couple of times. His soulful words of mankind and humanity and the simplicity of how life should be and how we complicate it with greed and anger and judgement of others.

"Caught between the longing for love and the struggle for the legal tender. Say a prayer for the Pretender, who started out so young and strong, only to surrender. "

JB has always been a beacon for me to remember how we as humans should be kinder to each other and to ourselves.

Thank you, Jackson Browne, for a night to remember.

Take it Easy!
